How to order books
Parents can pre-order books through a book-order form I will provide for you. Schools then order the requested books through their local book seller. Many book sellers provide schools with discounts, especially when buying in bulk. Be sure to inquire with your local book seller about their discounts before ordering. You can also order directly from the publisher.
How much does it cost?
Local (Piedmont/Triad Area, within 80 miles of Winston-Salem) $400 morning OR afternoon ONLY, $800 morning + afternoon. No mileage expenses.
*If you are outside of 80 miles, but still in North Carolina, you will incur mileage and hotel costs.
"A La Carte" options are available for those within the Piedmont vicinity. Please contact me for details.
Out-of-State East Coast (outside NC)
$1200/full day, $600/half-day, per school, plus travel expenses. *Some details apply. Please discuss with me.*
Out-of-State beyond East Coast
$1500/full day, $750/half-day, per school, plus travel expenses. *Some details apply. Please discuss with me.*
